Mayfair’s best private dining experience

Set in the heart of Mayfair, with great transport links to Green Park and Bond Street, there’s no other dining experience like it in Central London.

Now with three atmospheric private dining rooms of varying sizes, we are the perfect setting for hosting and celebrating any occasion. You’ll find a selection of Young’s ales at the bar, arguably the best Guinness in London, and a cellar full of wines from across the world, picked by Sommelier Vladimir.

Every visit is an experience in itself, and something to savour. From the original features and traditional décor, the venue feels like a time capsule from an earlier time.

The Boardroom

From anniversary dinners to business meetings, The Boardroom is available to book privately for groups of 12-24, with your own private bar and dedicated waiting team. We can seat up to 20 guests on one table or up to 24 split on tables for a more informal setting.

Daily Mail

A green-coated doorman and waiters in black waistcoats play their ever-smiling parts, while a lone chef tends the furiously hot grill behind displays of prime, dry-aged fillets, rib-eyes and rumps - it’s all very “old school”...

Square Meal

But if you’re coming here for history, it’s for the steak speak-easy Grill Room that opened in 1952, ent legit in ‘54, and remains famous to this day. As well as first-rate Sunday lunch of roast sirloin of pork, you can indulge in steaks - dry aged for up to 30 days - on the grill or excellent pies…

The Guardian 2

If the Guinea Grill in Mayfair was a new opening it would be hotter than the cooking range by the dining room door over which they flame their steaks. It would be full of bloggers holding their smart phones high and flat over plates of prime Scottish beef, and journalists swooning at the commitment to old-fashioned virtues.
