Our Food

The kitchen team, led by Head Chef Nathan Richardson, serves traditional, seasonal British classics. Our butchers Godfreys have a dry aging room dedicated to the Guinea where they hang up to 30 hand picked Scotch Premier sirloins, ribs, rumps and T-bones.

The Grill is open Monday to Friday 12pm to 3pm for lunch, Monday to Saturday from 6pm to 10pm for dinner and Sunday 12pm to 3:30pm. As a founder member of the Scotch Beef Club, here at the Guinea, you’ll find some of the best steaks in London.

Please note our restaurant can seat a maximum table size of 10 people, if you have a larger party please call our events co-ordinator on 020 7409 1728 to discuss dining in our private room.
